  1. The problem

A continuous poured floor across a single open concourse. Any colour shift between batches would read as a visible line down the middle of the space, and the installer's programme ran over four months.

  2. What we supplied

The full project quantity was produced in one run, colour-checked against the approved sample, then held in covered storage and released in phases against site capacity — rather than shipped at once or produced on demand.

  3. Result

No visible batch variation across the finished floor. Kiln-dried moisture held below 0.2% through phased delivery.
