Careers

Work where the specification is the product

We are a processing plant, not an office. Most roles are at Wadi Natrun and most of them involve the material itself.

Working here

What it is like here

  • Technical depth

You will learn the material properly — grain shape, gradation behaviour, why a bed fails. That knowledge transfers across the whole water sector.

  • Quality has authority

If you work in quality here, you can stop a shipment. That is not a slogan — it is how the release process is structured.

  • Local first

Most of our operational and maintenance team comes from the communities around Wadi Natrun, and we recruit there first.

  • Safety is engineered

Dust control is designed into the plant — enclosed conveying, extraction at transfer points — rather than delegated to a dust mask.

    • Issue certificates of analysis and maintain the retained-sample library
    • Hold non-conforming lots and trace causes back to the production stage responsible

    What you would need

    • Diploma or degree in chemistry, geology, materials or a related field

Nothing here matches, but you know the material?

Send us what you have worked on. Mineral processing, water treatment operations and laboratory experience are all relevant even when no role is advertised.
