How It Is Made
Four stages between the deposit and your filter bed
Raw silica from Wadi Natrun moves through washing, drying, precision screening and controlled packing — with sampling points at every transition.

Extraction & washing
Raw silica is washed in a closed-loop circuit that removes clay, silt and organic matter before it ever reaches the dryer.

Drying
Rotary drying brings moisture below 0.5%, the threshold at which fine gradations screen cleanly instead of blinding the decks.

Precision screening
Multi-deck screens cut each gradation to the effective size and uniformity coefficient written on your specification.

Packing & dispatch
25 kg bags, 1-tonne jumbo bags or bulk — labelled, palletised and matched to a certificate of analysis.
