Specification is binding
If a gradation is written into an order, it is verified before dispatch and reported on the certificate. We do not ship approximations.
Closed-loop by default
Washing water is recirculated rather than discharged. In a water treatment supply chain, consuming water carelessly is not a defensible position.

Every performance figure we publish traces to a documented test method. Where we do not test it, we do not claim it.
Regional depth before scale
We would rather hold a framework with a utility for five years than win a single large order in a market we cannot service properly.
