What this website collects

Browsing this website does not require an account and does not involve advertising or analytics tracking. We do not use marketing pixels, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

The quotation wizard is worth describing precisely, because it behaves differently from most web forms. What you type into it stays in your browser. When you finish, the enquiry is handed to your own email client, WhatsApp, or clipboard, and you send it yourself. This website does not transmit or store it.

When you do contact us — by email, WhatsApp or telephone — we hold what you send us in order to answer it: typically your name, company, contact details and the technical requirement you describe.

Why we hold it, and for how long

Enquiry correspondence is held on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and, where an order follows, to perform the contract. Commercial records are retained for the period Egyptian tax and commercial law requires; correspondence that leads to no order is deleted once it is no longer useful.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no continuing legal or contractual reason to keep it. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for a first request.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, embed a third-party map or video player, or begin submitting enquiry forms to our own server, this policy will be updated before that change goes live — not after.
