  1. The problem

Persistent water cloudiness across several pools despite correct dosing. The filters had not been recharged in over six years and the media had cemented, so backwash was channelling rather than fluidising the bed.

  2. What we supplied

Full media replacement with 0.4–0.8 mm pool grade, supplied in 25 kg bags scheduled against the group's low-season maintenance calendar so no pool was out of service in peak weeks.

  3. Result

Water clarity restored across all fourteen pools, with a five-year replacement cycle now scheduled rather than reactive.
